Fixed Price* Repair Terms

UKOS HP DesignJet Fixed Price Repairs are based on a price menu which requires our engineer to be on site for as long as it takes to complete the repair. This may be more than one visit. The only stipulation to the fixed repair price is:

If the fault is not as initially specified by the customer so further parts are required to complete a satisfactory repair, requiring the engineer to make a return visit, the return visit will also be charged at the fixed rate price.

Additionally, repairs to HP DesignJet 2500, 3500 and 5500, and certain lengthy repair work on the HP DJ 1050 and 1055 are priced differently. Call us for details.
